Ingredients

- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 1 lb thinly sliced steak
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook steak until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until soft.
- In a separate saucepan, melt butter and stir in heavy cream.
- Add provolone cheese and stir until melted.
- Combine cooked tortellini with steak mixture.
- Pour provolone sauce over the top and mix well.
- Serve hot.

- Use freshly shredded cheese for smoother sauce.
