Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook steak until browned.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until soft.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt butter and stir in heavy cream.
  5. Add provolone cheese and stir until melted.
