Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, cover until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
