  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the fish cubes and lime juice. Ensure the fish is fully submerged in the juice.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the fish appears opaque and ‘cooked’ by the acidity of the lime juice.
  3. Add the chopped red onion, diced tomato, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt to the marinated fish.
  4. Gently mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Serve immediately with sliced avocado on top, or chill until ready to serve.
