- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and onion powder until evenly coated.
- Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
