Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper; sauté until tender.
- Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
