- 1 cup cashews
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in broccoli and bell pepper; cook until tender.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Add sauce to the pan; stir well.
- Toss in cashews; cook for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over rice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes.
- You can add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas.
