Ingredients
- Carrots – 1 pound
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
- Parsley – 1 tablespoon, chopped
Instructions
- Peel and slice the carrots into evenly sized sticks.
- In a bowl, mix carrots with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add carrots to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
