Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in grated carrots and walnuts.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool completely before frosting.
