- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine oats, almond milk, and Greek yogurt.
- Add grated carrot, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Mix in raisins and walnuts.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve chilled, topped with extra walnuts if desired.
