Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread brown sugar and cinnamon over it.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans and drizzle caramel sauce.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.

- Ensure the milk is warm, not hot.
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
