Ingredients

- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and flour. Knead into a dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the surface.
- Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans evenly over the dough.
- Roll dough tightly and slice into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over warm rolls before serving.
