Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Pour filling over the crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and swirl lightly.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing.
