- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is set.
- Cool cheesecake completely.
- Toss apples with cinnamon. Top cheesecake with apples.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over apples before serving.

- Chill cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Use tart apples like Granny Smith for best flavor.
