- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12–15 wooden skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly.
- On each skewer or toothpick, thread one cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the bottom for handling.
- Drizzle the assembled skewers with balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the mozzarella balls in olive oil, garlic, and herbs before assembling the skewers.
- Feel free to alternate with other ingredients like olives or pepperoni for variety.
