Ingredients

- 4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving platter, alternating them.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the layers of tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze over the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
