- 2 tbsp Calabrian chili paste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Stir in Calabrian chili paste and red pepper flakes.
- Toss cooked pasta into the skillet.
- Add reserved pasta water gradually while stirring.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Season with salt if needed.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Adjust chili paste for desired spice level.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- For extra richness, add butter at the end.
