Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Stir in Calabrian chili paste and red pepper flakes.
  5. Toss cooked pasta into the skillet.
  6. Add reserved pasta water gradually while stirring.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  8. Season with salt if needed.
