- 1 lb beef sirloin tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss steak tips with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak tips and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked rigatoni and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- For extra creaminess, add 1/4 cup of pasta water when mixing the sauce.
- Substitute chicken or shrimp for steak if preferred.
