A flavorful one-pan meal featuring tender Cajun steak bites and cheesy garlic shells. Quick to make with bold spices and creamy pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss steak cubes with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add cooked pasta, heavy cream, and cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
- Return steak to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less spice.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if needed.
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting.
