Description

A flavorful one-pan meal featuring tender Cajun steak bites and cheesy garlic shells. Quick to make with bold spices and creamy pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Toss steak cubes with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  5. Add cooked pasta, heavy cream, and cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
  6. Return steak to the skillet and toss everything together.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less spice.
  • Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if needed.
  • Use freshly grated cheese for better melting.
