Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak strips with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and steak back to the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
