A flavorful one-pan dish combining Cajun-spiced shrimp and steak for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into strips
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Add steak to skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add shrimp and remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
- Return steak to skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
- Serve over rice or with crusty bread.
- Use fresh shrimp for the best texture.
