Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and paprika. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the pan and mix with the sauce.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and stir until well coated.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
