A flavorful Cajun-spiced chicken served over creamy Parmesan linguine pasta.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Add cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat.
  7. Slice chicken and serve over pasta. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if sauce is too thick.
