Description
A flavorful Cajun-spiced chicken served over creamy Parmesan linguine pasta.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Slice chicken and serve over pasta. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
- Add a splash of pasta water if sauce is too thick.
