- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Rub beef ribs with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place ribs on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
- Brush melted butter over ribs during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure ribs reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
