  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Rub beef ribs with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
