Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Anchovy fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. In a large bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.
  3. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and croutons and toss gently to combine.
  4. Add the shaved Parmesan cheese and toss again.
