A simple and delicious Caesar salad with homemade dressing, croutons, and fresh romaine lettuce.

- 2 heads Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup Croutons
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- In a large bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.
- Pour the dressing over the lettuce and croutons and toss gently to combine.
- Add the shaved Parmesan cheese and toss again.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your classic Caesar salad!
