Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 hamburger buns
- Romaine lettuce
- Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts in breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Toast hamburger buns.
- Assemble the sandwich with lettuce, chicken, and Caesar dressing.
Notes
- For extra crunch, fry the chicken instead of baking.
- Use your favorite brand of Caesar dressing.
- Top with extra Parmesan if desired.
