- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them generously with the dressing mixture.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
