Ingredients

- 1 medium head of green cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: grated Parmesan cheese, balsamic glaze, or your favorite herbs
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the cabbage steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and the center is tender.
- Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese or drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings, such as smoked paprika or cayenne pepper, for added flavor.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
