Ingredients
- Green cabbage – 2 cups, shredded
- Red cabbage – 2 cups, shredded
- Apples – 2 medium, julienned (preferably Fuji or Honeycrisp)
- Honey – 2 tablespoons
- Apple cider vinegar – 3 tablespoons
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
- Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon (or to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the cabbages by shredding them into thin strips and placing them in a large bowl.
- Julienne the apples and add them to the cabbage.
- Whisk honey and apple cider vinegar to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and apples, then add salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
