Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes.
  3. Brush baguette slices with melted butter. Toast for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread goat cheese on toasted crostini.
  5. Top with roasted butternut squash.
  6. Drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme.
