Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side, then remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Return shrimp to the pan, add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat.
  5. Grill asparagus on high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve shrimp over asparagus spears.
