Ingredients

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 200g fries, cooked until crispy
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until golden.
- Add chicken cubes and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, and chili powder.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot with crispy fries and a drizzle of garlic sauce.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
