Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 300g frozen fries
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger paste, turmeric, chili powder, and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, garam masala, and cumin. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in a separate pan and fry frozen fries until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve butter chicken with garlic sauce and crispy fries.
