- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika

- 300g frozen fries
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the pan, sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, garam masala, paprika, and salt.
- Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Bake or fry the frozen fries until crispy.
- Serve the butter chicken with garlic sauce and crispy fries.
