Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5-7 minutes or until done.
- Toast buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
- Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer (160°F for well-done).
- Adjust cooking time based on patty thickness.
