Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 mix recommended)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, etc.)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook the burgers at 360°F (182°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired doneness.
- If adding cheese, place a slice on each burger during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the burgers and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For best results, use ground beef with a higher fat content for juicier burgers.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of the patties and your preferred level of doneness.
- Feel free to add seasonings or sauces to the meat mixture for more flavor.
