Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture.
  3. Stir in flour and mix until dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  7. Add raisins and nuts if desired.
  8. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Shape slices into bunny forms on a baking sheet.
  10. Let rise for 30 minutes.
