Ingredients

- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture.
- Stir in flour and mix until dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add raisins and nuts if desired.
- Roll up the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Shape slices into bunny forms on a baking sheet.
- Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool and serve.
