- 2 lbs chicken wings (Split into drumettes and flats)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (Melted)
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (Adjust based on spice preference)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- for serving celery sticks
- for serving blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce until well combined.
- Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
