Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of blue cheese or ranch dressing in the center.
  3. Add a portion of the buffalo chicken on top of the dressing, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
