Spicy and flavorful buffalo chicken wraps perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of blue cheese or ranch dressing in the center.
- Add a portion of the buffalo chicken on top of the dressing, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
