- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and celery.
- Add the buffalo chicken on top of the salad.
- Sprinkle blue cheese over the salad.
- Drizzle ranch dressing on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
