- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add hot sauce and stir to combine with butter.
- Pour in heavy cream and whisk until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken and stir to coat in the sauce.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with blue cheese crumbles before serving.
