A spicy twist on classic grilled cheese featuring buffalo chicken, caramelized onions, and melted cheese.

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook onions until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Layer cheese, chicken, and onions between bread slices, buttered side out.
- Grill in the pan until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Notes
- Use a good melting cheese like cheddar or mozzarella.
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
- Press the sandwich lightly while cooking for even browning.
