Description

A delicious fusion of buffalo chicken and mac & cheese wrapped in a tortilla. Perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked mac & cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  3. Spread a layer of mac & cheese down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Add the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the mac & cheese.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped celery if using.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
  8. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps for 1-2 minutes per side.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce for more or less spice.
  • Use pre-cooked or leftover chicken for convenience.
  • Add blue cheese dressing for a different flavor.
