Description
A delicious fusion of buffalo chicken and mac & cheese wrapped in a tortilla. Perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked mac & cheese
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spread a layer of mac & cheese down the center of each tortilla.
- Add the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the mac & cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped celery if using.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce for more or less spice.
- Use pre-cooked or leftover chicken for convenience.
- Add blue cheese dressing for a different flavor.
