A spicy twist on classic lasagna featuring buffalo chicken and ranch flavors.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
- Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
