A spicy twist on classic lasagna featuring buffalo chicken and ranch flavors.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  4. Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing at the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
