Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, toss the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil until well coated.
- Return the cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the buffalo coating.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free flour blend.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your heat preference.
- Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
