- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
- If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy Brussels sprouts, you can increase the cooking time by a few minutes.
- Feel free to add other seasonings like paprika or chili flakes for a bit of heat.
- These Brussels sprouts are best served immediately but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
