Crispy and tender Brussels sprouts cooked to perfection in the air fryer. A quick and easy side dish that’s packed with flavor!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
  5. If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispy Brussels sprouts, you can increase the cooking time by a few minutes.
  • Feel free to add other seasonings like paprika or chili flakes for a bit of heat.
  • These Brussels sprouts are best served immediately but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
