Description

Crispy and tender Brussels sprouts made in the air fryer. A quick and easy side dish perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts (Trimmed and halved)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (For drizzling)
  • 1 tsp Salt (To taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper (To taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until well coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
  4. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.
