Description
Crispy and tender Brussels sprouts made in the air fryer. A quick and easy side dish perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts (Trimmed and halved)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (For drizzling)
- 1 tsp Salt (To taste)
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper (To taste)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (Optional)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until well coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve immediately.
