- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked pork, shredded
- 1 cup diced tomatoes, canned or fresh
- 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut
- 1 cup peas, frozen or fresh
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in shredded chicken and pork, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, corn, green beans, peas, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
