- 2 lbs beef ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub beef ribs with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ribs on all sides, then transfer to a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Pour over ribs.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
- Remove foil, baste ribs with sauce, and broil for 5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
Notes
- For extra tenderness, marinate ribs overnight.
- Adjust sugar or bourbon to taste.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
