Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, shredded carrots, red onion, raisins or dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
