Description

Soft and fluffy brioche cinnamon rolls with a sweet cinnamon filling and creamy glaze.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (for glaze)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and warm milk in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add eggs, butter, and salt. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle.
  5. Spread softened butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll tightly and slice into 12 pieces.
  7. Place in a baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  9. Mix heavy cream and powdered sugar for glaze.
  10. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls.
